Binaca Pumps has worked very closely with our customers to solve everyday issues, especially where the pump is a critical part of their equipment. We have been proud to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations and have several success stories involving Binaca’s small air pumps.
One story is particularly special because it is about a customer who had ongoing problems with another pump for a long time. This world renowned printing & coding equipment manufacturer had customer complaints about the reliability of a small vacuum pump lasting less than 6 months from a different manufacturer. Binaca Pumps was able to provide an alternative within weeks by modifying one of our standard pumps. Retrofitting this micro air pump to fit into an ultra small space was a design and manufacturing challenge. Our Model BP-505 has been running flawless for several years and our client is very pleased with the reliability of the pump.
